Thank you for shopping at sporthaley.com. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, Sport Haley is pleased to offer the highest standard of customer service. Unless otherwise specified, all unworn merchandise may be exchanged or returned in its original package within 10 days from receipt of goods. Returns are accepted only for purchases made through sporthaley.com.

Unless otherwise specified, refunds will only be made in the manner in which the payment was made. Please allow 3-4 weeks from the shipping date for your account to be credited and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable and you are responsible for the return shipping charges. Sport Haley DOES NOT ACCEPT C.O.D.

How to return an item.

Sport Haley will only accept items returned via UPS.

Fill out each field in the form below.

Sport Haley will send a return email to you with a WRA # within 24 hours (Or first day after a weekend).

Write your WRA# clearly on the outside of the package.

Keep a copy of your WRA# for your records.
