Thank you for shopping at sporthaley.com. Unfortunately, once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, Sport Haley is pleased to offer the highest standard of customer service. Unless otherwise specified, all unworn merchandise may be exchanged or returned in its original package within 10 days from receipt of goods. Returns are accepted only for purchases made through sporthaley.com.
Unless otherwise specified, refunds will only be made in the manner in which the payment was made. Please allow 3-4 weeks from the shipping date for your account to be credited and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable and you are responsible for the return shipping charges. Sport Haley DOES NOT ACCEPT C.O.D.
How to return an item.
- Call our customer service department at 1.800.627.9211 to obtain an RA#.
- Write your RA# clearly on the outside of the package.
- Keep a copy of your RA# for your records.
- Include your order #, RA#, name, address, phone # and reason why you are returning the item on a note inside the box.
- Send your package to the following address
