Ordering &Shipping

Q:Who do I contact if I need help with the website or placing an order?

A: You can reach us via email at customerservice@sporthaley.com and we can guide you through the ordering process.

 

Q: I am trying to add a style to the shopping cart and nothing is happening, what do I do?

A: This occurs when an item is sold out. You should see the following message

The selected product combination is currently unavailable.

 

Q:When will I receive my order?

A: Orders typically ship out 2-3 business days from when they are placed. Orders ship from  Texas-UPS is the carrier. See map below for the transit times.

                       

Q:Do you ship to Canada?

A:Unfortunately, we NO LONGER ship to Canada.

 We only ship within the US.

Q: What if I need my order to ship quicker than UPS Ground?

A: When placing your order, you will be asked to select a Shipping Method. You can choose Expedited Shipping (3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air). UPS does not count the day the order ships. For example: you place an order on Tuesday night; the order is entered and shipped on Wednesday. If you selected 3 Day Select the order would arrive the following Monday.

NOTE: UPS will not deliver to a PO BOX, be sure to enter a physical address to avoid delays.

 

Returns and Exchanges

Q: What if need to return or exchange an item?

A: Please contact Customer Service at customerservice@sporthaley.com to obtain a Return Authorization number. All items sent back without an RA number will cause delays in processing the refund or exchange.
